Boxfit

BoxFit is a low impact, high-energy workout that incorporates solid pad work, weight training and conditioning, functional and circuit training with an emphasis placed on boxing. Boxfit classes with Mike Rayner are great fun and very satisfying, incorporating total body exercises. Train like a boxer without taking a punch. BoxFit will help you uncover your body's power and potential with challenging, original, and safe classes for all fitness levels and ages.

Personal Training

Sam Costley is our personal trainer. He is a sports performance specialist and his tuition is highly engaging. He motivates clients by setting goals and providing feedback and accountability. Sam will also measure your strengths and weaknesses with fitness assessments.

PILATES

Regular Pilates practise can help improve posture, muscle tone, balance and joint mobility, as well as relieve stress and tension. For elite athletes, including dancers, Pilates can complement their training by developing whole body strength and flexibility, and help reduce the risk of injury. You’ll get stronger, more sculpted muscles and gain flexibility. You may also have better posture and a better sense of well-being.

Hands On osteopath and athletics specialist, Patrick Meyer, will be running Pilates classes specifically for people suffering with chronic lower back pain, starting on Thursday March 16th. The aim is to give you a stronger back and a leaner shape. Patrick will combine the best elements of traditional Pilates exercises with his clinical expertise. The progressive classes are designed to improve your postural control, to control your symptoms and increase your core strength using a variety of equipment.

Yoga

Yoga is a mind and body exercise.

Sarah Martin has been practicing yoga since 2005 and qualified with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2008 . She has a lovely presence and is a strong believer that Yoga is for everyone, bringing enormous benefits to people whatever their age or ability.

Yoga does more than burn calories and tone muscles. It's a total mind-body workout that combines strengthening and stretching poses with deep breathing and meditation or relaxation.

If you’re done yoga before, you’ve probably noticed some benefits like sleeping better or getting fewer colds or just feeling more relaxed and at ease. Other benefits include Improved flexibility, muscle strength and a much better posture.
